Biography

Marie Ann Taboada is an assistant professor and joined the undergraduate BSN faculty in 2017.  In addition to teaching full time, she is enrolled in the Family Nurse Practitioner/MSN program at the College.  She has experience in critical care nursing, metabolic support, and leadership. 

In 2004, Taboada was a contributing author to Nutrition Secrets, 2nd Edition.  She was the recipient of the 2006 Research Foundation Scholarship and of the 2016 National Engaged Leader Award. She received the Academic Excellence award from Cebu Normal University, College of Nursing. She is a member of American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, the Sigma Alpha Phi chapter, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, the Psi Chi chapter.
