Biography

Marcia Ladage came to Saint Luke’s College in 2007 as the director of admissions and financial aid. She is the Chief Student Affairs Officer and Title IX Coordinator supervising admissions, financial aid, academic technology, and the Student Resource Center. She has been responsible for many functions at this College including financial aid processes, admissions, academic technology, compliance, federal and state reporting, bursar operations and student services, operations planning and compliance, institutional financials, and facilities.

Ladage started her higher education career in 1984 working in various roles at Northwest Missouri State in the areas registration services and financial aid.  

As a history buff with a psychology focus, she is extremely interested in peoples and cultures and has had several opportunities to accompany students on either international student trips or in-country mission trips. These travels have taken her to France, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Russia, Egypt and Pike County, Kentucky. She loves seeing students learn new concepts and make discoveries about themselves as they explore places and ideas outside of their daily routine.
