Biography

Jill Morsbach joined the College as an assistant professor in the undergraduate BSN program in fall 2018. She is certified as a maternal-newborn nurse and has practiced on mother/baby, nursery, NICU, antepartum and women’s surgical units.

In nursing education, Morsbach has taught in an ADN program in Colorado and in many BSN programs in the Kansas City area. Morsbach’s research interests revolve around the perceptions of male nursing students in obstetrical clinical and in clinical strategies to improve the experiences of male nursing students in obstetrical clinical.

Morsbach has been an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and has served as the president of the Omicron Nu chapter for more than four years.

Morsbach serves as a board member for a 503c charity, A Bum’s Charities, whose mission is to provide funding for individual youths and youth organizations in and around Plattsburg, Missouri.
