On November 11, 2015, Saint Luke’s College honored 14 former faculty members with Emeritus Faculty status at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center in Kansas City. They were honored before the Board of Directors and members of the Saint Luke’s College Administrative team.

Dean L. Hubbard, PhD, Assumes Interim President Role
Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences president emeritus Dean L. Hubbard, PhD, has returned to the college to serve in an interim capacity during the search for new leadership.
Effective June 18, 2015, Dr. Hubbard became the interim president of the College. Searches for a new permanent president as well as a Chief Academic Officer are beginning immediately.
KANSAS CITY (June 10, 2015) - The Perioperative Nursing elective is the class to be in if you want hands-on experience with surgical nursing this summer.
Assistant Professor Sharon White-Lewis, MSN, RN, is teaching the course this summer and will build on her own operating room experiences—she’s been a perioperative nurse for most of her life.
The college is pleased to announce Dr. Victoria Grando as the new Graduate Associate Dean.
Dr. Victoria Grando has a background in administration, program and curriculum development, teaching (BSN, MSN, DNP and PhD levels), research, mentoring and practice. She has a MSN in Mental Health Nursing, a PhD in Nursing, and a Post-Doctorate in Gerontology.
Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences held its Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 8 at 5 p.m. Graduation was held at the Kansas City Scottish Rite on Linwood Boulevard and included a pinning ceremony—unique to nursing—in addition to the traditional awarding of diplomas.
