Tuition Reimbursement Information

Saint Luke’s Health System (SLHS) employees that are enrolled in the RN-BSN program and planning to use tuition reimbursement should be sure to read the Saint Luke’s Health System policy for the Educational Assistance Program found here.

SLHS employees in the RN-BSN program that are planning to use tuition reimbursement must do the following each term:

  1. Complete and submit the Tuition Reimbursement Payment Agreement form.
  2. Complete and submit an online application with Edcor and be approved for the full amount due to SLCHS.

The application can be accessed through ePulse or by clicking here. This should be completed by the first day of the term start date as required by Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences. Each semester, a student may have to complete up to three (3) applications to Edcor to cover each term:

  • 16-week courses
  • 1st 8-week courses
  • 2nd 8-week courses

Tuition and fees are due by the first day of the term, therefore “proof of payment” (tuition reimbursement form and approval letter from Edcor) is due by the term start date. Tuition Reimbursement Payment Agreement form can be found here.
